In this article, we will show you how to edit customers. You will learn how to edit a customer's Credit Status, Price Tier, and Product Access.
- In the Customer Service app, choose a customer.
- Open the 'Customer' tab
- Collapse or expand any header by clicking on it
- Change the customer's Product Access Id and Price Tier Id by selecting what you want from the options given in the menus that show when the black arrows are clicked.
- When you change a customer's Credit Status, a directly related image will appear next to the customer's name in their 'Credit' column.
