Editing Customers (Old Customer Service Version)

In this article, we will show you how to edit customers. You will learn how to edit a customer's Credit Status, Price Tier, and Product Access.

  1. In the Customer Service app, choose a customer.
  2. Open the 'Customer' tab
  3. Collapse or expand any header by clicking on it
  4. Change the customer's Product Access Id and Price Tier Id by selecting what you want from the options given in the menus that show when the black arrows are clicked.

  5. When you change a customer's Credit Status, a directly related image will appear next to the customer's name in their 'Credit' column.
