Wheelhouse provides a robust integration with QuickBooks Online (QBO) to streamline your purchasing, invoicing, and accounting workflows. The integration is designed to push operational data from Wheelhouse into QBO and optionally pull key financial updates back in.

1. Customers

Sync customer records from Wheelhouse to QBO
Link existing QBO customers to Wheelhouse customers
Supports parent-child relationships and contact info mapping
Includes payment terms and billing/shipping addresses

2. Suppliers (Vendors)

Import and link supplier records
Sync name, address, email, phone, and other key fields

3. Terms

Sync standard payment terms (e.g., Net 30, Due on Receipt)
Automatically apply linked terms when syncing customers

4. Items

Push and link inventory and non-inventory items
Assign appropriate GL accounts for purchasing and invoicing
Supports both invoice and purchase-enabled items

5. Purchase Orders

Push full Purchase Orders (POs) from Wheelhouse to QBO
