Tablet and Computer Requirements

To Use Order Management (Dealers and Customer Service), the minimum specifications are:
- Phone or computer with internet access and a supported web browser
- Browsers Supported: Edge, Chrome, Firefox
- Minimum Screen Size - Phone or Tablet Supported
- Minimum recommended tablet size - 7"
For Work Center Computers at the Manufacturing Facility, the Minimum Computer Specifications and other Considerations are:
- Minimum screen size - 10"
- Browsers Supported: Edge, Chrome, Firefox
- If connecting to an external printer, you'll probably need a USB
- If connecting to an external scanner, may need USB or Bluetooth support
- Some printers, such as your label printer, only support PC based computers (not iOS or Android)
- If you plan to eventually use the computer to display work instructions, will you need a second monitor?
- Recommended Minimum RAM and HDD are more dependent on the other programs you'll be running, but we usually suggest 8GB RAM and 250GB SSD as a good starting point.
